ITS maintains, monitors, and supports agency camera security services including internal office buildings, external parking lots, maintenance areas, or anywhere security is a concern. Services are available at agency locations statewide supporting secure access to those needing view and playback video recordings.
ITS conducts a site survey and walkthrough to ensure all areas are covered, according to the agency’s needs.

Customer Responsibility
We believe in a collaborative partnership where both parties share responsibilities. Customers are expected to:

- Provide funding for hardware, software, and licenses for the initial install
- Fund additional licensing costs for additional cameras needed or hardware maintenance after the initial install
- Fund maintenance care through the vendor on a 3- or 5-year maintenance contract
- Export video for any investigative needs for public records requests, court requests, or management requests
