- Badge printing hardware
- Site walkthrough to determine needs
- Active Directory integration
Prerequisites
- ITS-managed network equipment
- Equipment must meet ITS standards and be managed by ITS personnel
What Is Excluded
While we are dedicated to comprehensive support, there are certain exclusions:
- Non-standard computer hardware platforms, systems, or software outside of the ITS established standards are not supported
- ITS does not fund the costs for door access control services or equipment
Customer Responsibility
We believe in a collaborative partnership where both parties share responsibilities. Customers are expected to:
- Provide funding for software, hardware, licenses, and equipment
- Follow Idaho Technology Authority policies, standards, and guidelines regarding IT security
- Ensure agency staff comply with annual cybersecurity training requirements
- Comply with cybersecurity reporting requirements
