Service Includes
- Software application, database, and report maintenance for existing business applications
- Business analysis to identify and clarify software functionality and requirements
- Updates, debugging, testing, and deployment
Prerequisites
- Clearly defined business requirements
- ITS must have access to existing source code
- Applications outside the .NET standard are subject to ITS evaluation for supportability
- ITS staff availability
What Is Excluded
While we are dedicated to comprehensive support, there are certain exclusions:
- Oracle Database development, configuration, or management
Customer Responsibility
We believe in a collaborative partnership where both parties share responsibilities. Customers are expected to:
- Submit a request for new projects with business needs statement and justification
- When initiating new projects, agencies should designate a business owner who can work in tandem with ITS to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Sign off on project scope, functional requirements, change requests, and deliverables
- Provide an individual or team for testing
- Identify sensitive information and work with ITS to develop an appropriate security plan
- Maintain licensing of software used to maintain or run the application
