  • Defining business needs for the customer
  • Ownership of agency data, information, or business processes

Customer Responsibility

We believe in a collaborative partnership where both parties share responsibilities. Customers are expected to:

  • Identify Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to represent requirements
  • When initiating projects, agencies should designate a business owner who can work in tandem with ITS to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Funding work outside the scope of established Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Drive procurement processes (RFP’s, ITN’s, etc.) in coordination with ITS
  • Gain ITS approval prior to procuring IT-related products and services
  • Follow policies, standards, and guidelines set by the Idaho Technology Authority (ITA)
