Planning, training, and evaluation of compliance with the ADA Title II Web and Mobile Application Accessibility Rule.
Service Includes
- Base-line evaluation of compliance with the ADA Title II to provide first steps towards remediation
- Assistance with roadmap planning to incrementally address items needing remediation for the April 24, 2026 compliance date
- Training and resources for agency staff based on their role and responsibility

- Submit Digital Accessibility Services Request form
What Is Excluded
While we are dedicated to comprehensive support, there are certain exclusions:
- Content creation and remediation
*Part of a baseline evaluation will look at content made readily available on agency websites, but this will include only a small percentage of all content.
Customer Responsibility
We believe in a collaborative partnership where both parties share responsibilities. Customers are expected to:
- Identify points of contact to work with ITS staff
- Address areas of content identified that necessitate remediation
- Follow Idaho Technology Authority (ITA) Policies, Standards, and Guidelines, such as ITA Policy P5010 – Web Publishing and ITA Guideline G310 – Web Publishing Guidelines
