- Evaluate agency web services requests
- Provide options for available solutions based on agency needs
- Coordinate requests with web services advisory board, if applicable

What Is Excluded
While we are dedicated to comprehensive support, there are certain exclusions:

Customer Responsibility
We believe in a collaborative partnership where both parties share responsibilities. Customers are expected to:
- Identify project owner
- Identify points of contact to work with ITS staff
- Request an exemption from Idaho Technology Authority if designing a website without using the standard approved template
