ITS is officially making the switch from Ivanti to ServiceNow as part of our effort to align key services with other core support agencies and support the Luma go live.
Licensing for ITS has been purchased by the State Controller’s Office and the integration services contract is being signed with Ahead Technologies. Jason Black is leading the effort on the ServiceNow integration alongside Ahead to ensure that we can go live with the ticketing and service delivery modules by December 2023.
We are excited for the quality-of-life upgrades and numerous automations and integrations that ServiceNow brings to the table. As modernization continues, these advanced capabilities will be imperative for ITS to continue to scale services to meet the increased demand of our larger customer base.
