Customer Responsibility
We believe in a collaborative partnership where both parties share responsibilities. Customers are expected to:
- Initiate a System Access Request (SAR) through the Service Desk – New Employee Setup ticket for incoming employees
- Initiate a System Access Request (SAR) through the Service Desk – Separation ticket for outgoing employees
