Guide customers through access to applications for business such as Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.  Facilitate moving agency data to a new state-owned phone. 

Service Includes

  • Assistance in accessing email, calendars, internet access, and productivity software
  • Services to securely deploy and manage mobile devices
  • Perform basic troubleshooting
  • Ensure device has service and government-licensed software is properly installed and configured
  • Monitoring and backend service support

What Is Excluded

While we are dedicated to comprehensive support, there are certain exclusions:

  • Funding for hardware and service
  • Support for personal devices is limited
  • Advanced troubleshooting

Customer Responsibility

We believe in a collaborative partnership where both parties share responsibilities. Customers are expected to:

  • Agencies can expect to fund costs specific to their agency
  • Adhere to the state and agency’s policies regarding use of mobile devices
