Service Includes
- Setup and configuration, including printer queues, address book, and scanning
Prerequisites
- Connection to the state network (for print queue)
What Is Excluded
While we are dedicated to comprehensive support, there are certain exclusions:
- Maintenance of printer and parts, including toner cartridges and supplies
- Personal office or non-state-owned printers
Customer Responsibility
We believe in a collaborative partnership where both parties share responsibilities. Customers are expected to:
- Purchase or lease printer
- Coordinate relocation of networked print devices with ITS
