ITS Business Administration team provides external financial and procurement services to customers, as well as similar activities internally as a state agency. Each customer is responsible for their own accounting, risk management, policy, compliance, and other fiscal activities.
ITS is required to recover all non-General Fund costs from customers each year. ITS does not operate for profit and operates in accordance with the Statewide Cost Allocation Plan (SWCAP) for cost recovery.
