Support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and devices such as cameras, microphones, and wireless keyboards. Initial software setup for hardware, troubleshoot issues, maintain software and updates, and manage device security.   

Service Includes

  • Assistance in purchasing new systems, initial setup, and disposal of old system.
  • Computer login and base computer configuration; printers, access, voice mail
  • Password resets and login issues
  • Network connectivity troubleshooting
  • Evaluate issues requiring higher level support
  • Support connectivity to the Idaho State Network for remote work locations

Prerequisites

  • Device must have connectivity to the Idaho State Network
  • Customer must work for ITS-supported agency

What Is Excluded

While we are dedicated to comprehensive support, there are certain exclusions:

  • No known exclusions

Customer Responsibility

We believe in a collaborative partnership where both parties share responsibilities. Customers are expected to:

  • Initiate a System Access Request (SAR) through the Service Desk – New Employee Setup ticket for incoming employees
  • Initiate a System Access Request (SAR) through the Service Desk – Separation ticket for outgoing employees
