Ahead of the six agencies joining ITS as part of Phase 4 Modernization, ITS developed a comprehensive communications plan and strategy for sharing making sure information is shared early and regularly with new agencies and employees.
In addition to nearly weekly GovDelivery email bulletins to each agency with information on what to expect, a Phase 4 webpage also provides resources on procurement, training, and FAQs.
These communications are new this year as part of the onboarding process and feedback has been positive.
