Prerequisites
- Identify points of contact to coordinate purchases
What Is Excluded
- IT-related peripherals (such as mice, keyboards, and headsets) available through state contracts with office supply companies
- Any costs incurred due to agency cancellations or changes after purchase order has been issued
Customer Responsibility
- Use ITS ticketing and procurement system for IT procurement requests
- Approve purchase prior to ITS issuance of purchase order
- Notify ITS of any order changes or cancellations as soon as possible
