In a dynamic effort to enhance efficiency, the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (IDOPL) embarked on a consolidation project. The ITS Network Operations team spearheaded this transformation, constructing a cutting-edge infrastructure on the first floor of Building 4 at Chinden Campus.
With precision and dedication, we relocated affected agencies from their scattered leased offices around the Treasure Valley into this centralized space. This move included the seamless removal of network equipment and telecommunications circuits from their previous locations.
Meanwhile, the Department of Finance found a new home on the third floor of Building 4 at Chinden Campus. Our Network Operations team worked tirelessly to build a robust infrastructure and coordinate their move from downtown. Again, we efficiently dismantled network equipment and circuits from their former Plaza II location, ensuring a smooth transition.
Lastly, the Commission for Pardons and Parole underwent an office remodel, a project executed in two phases. Network Operations orchestrated the temporary relocation of staff and a complete reworking of the network infrastructure once the remodel was complete.
In each of these initiatives, our goal was clear: to modernize, centralize, and optimize the operations of state agencies. We’re committed to delivering streamlined solutions for a more efficient government.
