In partnership with vendor Adobe, ITS spent months coordinating a comprehensive training series for State of Idaho employees called Adobe Days. The workshops included three virtual and two in-person sessions this summer. The goal—to provide educational opportunities about tools many of us use but would like more expertise on.
Employee attendance and response has been overwhelming. The introductory Adobe Sign 101 session drew more than 200 attendees, while Adobe Advanced Topics attracted 184. The Adobe Sign 103 enablement session had 262 people in attendance.
A full day of in-person training brought together 84 employees in the Chinden Conference room. Topics included AI tool integration in Adobe apps, ADA accessibility facilitation, and an in-depth exploration of Acrobat essentials.

While these training events were designed to be a one-time deal, another session has been added due to interest. Building Accessible Documents with Adobe Acrobat session will walk users on topics of digital accessibility.
