Since July 1, 2024, the team has reached impressive deployment milestones that reflect both scale and dedication:
- Over 2,500 computers deployed across the state
- More than 1,800 monitors delivered and set up for end users
- Supported the State Public Defender’s Office (SPD) rollout of over 1,700 pieces of equipment statewide
- Brought the Department of Correction (IDOC) current on fiscal equipment replacements for the first time in five years
Their efforts have ensured that thousands of employees across agencies have access to the tools they need to work effectively and securely.
Flexibility & Service Coverage
Despite limited resources and ever-changing schedules, this team continues to show up where and when they’re needed:
- Provided on-site support at the Chinden Campus during staffing shortages
- Stepped in at multiple Idaho agencies, offering immediate assistance when on-site technicians weren’t available
- Continued support for Windows 11 remediation while maintaining regular deployment duties
