The annual Division of Human Resources (DHR) Employee Engagement Survey wrapped up with an all-time high of 77% participation. Over 10,000 statewide employees took part, up from 71% last year. That strong engagement pushed our overall score to 70% (up from 68%), with every survey category improving this year. According to Qualtrics, only about 20–30% of organizations see that level of across-the-board gains year-to-year.
