It has been impressive to see state agencies utilizing Citizen Engagement funds to upgrade their websites. Website projects in progress include:
- Division of Financial Management
- Office of Drug Policy
- Idaho Commission on Aging
- Council for Deaf and Hard of Hearing
- Office of Administrative Hearings
Nine additional agencies are in the queue for website upgrades through 2025, with a focus on ADA (accessibility) enhancements, chatbot implementation, and digital identity initiatives. Through the Citizen Engagement effort, ITS is able to provide:
