Some functionality is still being configured for different agencies, so contact your agency representative to determine your status and timing.
Microsoft Office Portal: online platform to access all Microsoft 365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Planner, and more! Please note you may need to authenticate to login to the online platform.
You can also access a full library of training on all Microsoft applications on the Microsoft Support site.
ITS also hosts Learn M365 on SharePoint. These resources can only be accessed through the state network.
BrainStorm QuickHelp is a platform that provides training on Microsoft 365 tools and applications. Agencies participating in the BrainStorm contract (DEQ, IDVR, ISDA, Finance) can access the portal through this link; IDOC employees access the portal here. Other agencies interested in purchasing BrainStorm can do so at an approximate cost of $10 per year per user. Please contact Chris Carlisle for more information.
