A redesign of the ITS website (its.idaho.gov) is underway. The effort will include refreshing and updating content and making it more user-friendly for our customers requesting service and information. Additional ADA remediation will keep it compliant with the upcoming digital accessibility federal mandate which goes into effect in April 2027.
Since the launch of the site in 2023, our team has been gathering feedback and making adjustments along the way. Now, a larger effort has begun, based on internal and external feedback. If you are asked by your manager and or leadership to provide input, you are encouraged to share it.
