As our commitment to fostering transparent communication and building sustainable partnerships continues, we are pleased to announce an upcoming informational session specific to Microsoft 365 Licensing and Renewal. As we approach the period of license renewal, we would like to share details about its features and financial components and answer questions you may have about it.
Primary Objectives:
1. Review of Microsoft 365 Licensing: A comprehensive understanding of what the licensing entails, its features, and any new offerings that have been introduced since our last agreement. View the comparison of current E3 capabilities to E5 capabilities.
2. Discussion on Renewal Period: This agreement is slated to span between 3 to 5 years. We aim to deliberate on the most beneficial duration for our specific needs as well as available discounting.
3. Use Cases Analysis: We will delve into use cases common across many of our state agencies to ascertain the practical application and benefits of Microsoft 365.
4. Monetary Impacts: We understand the budgetary constraints and objectives of individual agencies. Hence, a pivotal part of our session will focus on the monetary impacts of the renewal, allowing agencies to plan and allocate resources efficiently.
