Matt Clark is an IT Manager leading the Low-Code Platforms & Development Team at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Matt leads a team dedicated to building practical, user-friendly solutions across enterprise platforms including Laserfiche, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, and SharePoint. His team enjoys exploring innovative ways to empower business partners by leveraging low-code platforms for enhancing business processes and service delivery.

Rebecca Morris
Program Manager and Project Support
Idaho Transportation Department, Department of Motor Vehicles
Rebecca Morris is a Program Manager for Technology and Program Support at the Idaho Transportation Department, where she leads a team that loves exploring what’s next in tech. From picking and rolling out new equipment to supporting key software and hardware, her team is always ready for the next challenge. They especially enjoy finding creative ways to bring AI and Power Platform into everyday processes—making solutions not only smarter, but also more user-friendly and customer-focused.

Nichole Long
Idaho Transportation Department
Nichole Long is a Program Specialist with ITD DMV’s Technology & Program Support team, where she designs and delivers innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Python, SQL, and Azure technologies. She specializes in building integrated Power Apps and automation workflows that streamline complex operational processes. She holds a Data Science and Machine Learning certificate from MIT (Great Learning) and is Microsoft Certified in Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900). Nichole is passionate about leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and empower teams through innovative technology.
