ITS hosted an open house for our incoming DHW employees who are bringing extensive experience and institutional knowledge for our final Governor’s agency consolidation. We know that as a team, DHW joining ITS will make us all stronger.
Although DHW employees won’t officially be ITS employees until after JFAC approves the transfer and they join us in June, we all felt it was imperative we keep working together closely until then. We want our new DHW folks to feel at home, appreciated, and vigilant in ensuring we keep DHW and other state agencies supported through this final phase.
As we move forward, we ask everyone to remain open and flexible as we identify where their talent and expertise are needed most. This will help us align resources effectively and ensure a smooth transition for all.
The kick-off of a detailed communications campaign to all DHW employees kicked off earlier this week and will continue through consolidation. It includes a welcome video with DHW Director Juliet Charron and myself, produced by our Communications team. Please take a watch.
