The Service Desk will be establishing a new embedded team to continue providing excellent customer service to ITS-supported agencies.
With the onboarding of ISP and IDJC in June, it was determined that extra support would be needed for several agencies on-site. The locations are:
- IDOC HQ
- IDOC south campus
- ISP HQ Meridian
- IDJC Lewiston
- IDJC St. Anthony
- Labor Boise central office
- IMD Gowen Field
- DEQ central office
Embedded team mission: Provide direct support for staff at various locations. Each has different needs and requirements that are unique, for example, ISP patrol vehicle support and the IDOL DDS support needs.
ITS will assist with taking tickets for onsite support at the agency office locations where the team has a presence. This includes hardware troubleshooting and replacements, along with other technical support.
