Listed below are training resources to help you work from home. The general section covers policies as well as what to do before and after taking home your computer. The remaining sections cover specific technologies which might not apply to you or your situation.
IMPORTANT:
Prior to working from home:
- Ensure that you have the Virtual Private Network (VPN) software installed on your computer.
- Test that you can connect using VPN, and that you can access all systems and information that you need.
Failure to do these essential steps will delay your ability to be fully functional when working at home.

When the ITS Service Desk team creates your VPN and Duo accounts, you will receive two text messages on your smart device. DO NOT delete the text messages. It is not a phishing attempt.
