- To better understand our customer's needs, our goal is to meet periodically (at a minimum annually) with agencies to:
- discuss the services that have been provided by the Office of the ITS and obtain feedback
- ascertain the agency's awareness of the services provided by the Office of the ITS
- provide information on current and future services provided by the Office of the ITS
- provide information on the enterprise services, statewide contracts, and consolidation initiatives
- develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- stay involved as the primary the point of contact for action items and issue resolution
